Job Title: Creative Designer

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Experience: 2 – 3 years in Media field

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Role Overview:

The Creative Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-quality design work across all Saina verticals. This role requires both creative thinking and technical proficiency in visual and motion design,alongside collaborative and leadership skills to manage tasks within the design team effectively.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Creative Design Execution

2. Develop and deliver all graphic and motion poster designs to meet creative standards and brand guidelines.

3. Create engaging daily creatives, including social media posts, marketing materials, and OTT- specific content.
4. Generate innovative concepts based on client briefs and in-house requirements.
5. Expertise in design software such as the Adobe Creative Suite and other Ai tools .

6. Ensure all design outputs are completed on time and meet quality expectations.

7. Team Collaboration & Task Management

8. Manage and allocate design work within the team based on project needs and individual strengths.

9. Coordinate with Saina's verticals and leads to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.

10. Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers to maintain consistent quality.

11. Research & Development

12. Stay updated on the latest design trends, visual styles, and interactive content formats.

13. Incorporate best practices and new ideas into creative workflows to keep content fresh and relevant.

14. Ensure all outputs are thoroughly proofread and meet organizational quality benchmarks.

15. Quality Assurance & Standards

16. Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all design work to ensure error-free delivery.

17. Review and validate all materials before final submission to ensure alignment with brand standards.

18. Uphold and promote the creative standards set by the organization across all deliverables.

19. Reporting & Communication

20. Clearly understand project briefs, design requirements, and instructions to reduce rework and ensure efficiency.

21. Submit timely updates and status reports to reporting officer/ management on project progress.
22. Assist in social media content promotion and page management as needed.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Media,Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 2–3years of experience as a Creative designer /Video Editor or Motion Graphic Designer, preferably in a media agency or creative agency.
• Proficiency in Designing softwares (Adobe creative suits or related Ai tools )
• Strong skills in motion graphics using After Effects, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Creative storytelling ability with a keen eye for detail, rhythm, and pacing.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
