Job Summary: The Creative Designer will be responsible for developing and executing innovative visual concepts, designs, and multimedia content that align with our brand and marketing strategies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-quality designs for digital, print, and multimedia projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Creation & Execution**
- Develop creative design solutions for various mediums, including digital, print, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Produce multimedia content, such as motion graphics, animations, and videos.

**Video Editing & Animation**
- Edit video content for promotional videos, advertisements, or social media campaigns.
- Create motion graphics and animations for engaging multimedia content.

**Brand Consistency**
- Ensure all designs align with the brand’s identity, maintaining consistency across all visual assets.

**Collaboration & Communication**
- Work closely mainly with marketing & sales teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality creative solutions.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, explaining creative decisions and revisions.

**Graphic Design**
- Proficiency in creating logos, brochures, banners, and other visual assets.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.

Creative Thinking
- Ability to generate unique and compelling design concepts.
- Problem-solving to turn abstract ideas into visually appealing designs.

**Branding Knowledge**
- Ensuring designs align with brand identity and messaging.
- Creating cohesive visuals that resonate with the target audience.

**Illustration Skills**
- Drawing or creating vector graphics for unique visual assets.
- Developing hand-drawn or digital artwork.

**Motion Graphics and Animation**
- Basic understanding of motion graphics for dynamic content.
- Familiarity with Skills Required tools like Adobe After Effects.
