**Job Overview**

A Creative Brand Designer is a professional who uses their skills and expertise to create visual concepts that communicate ideas and messages. They are responsible for the aesthetics of a project, taking into consideration color schemes, typography, layout, and other design elements to produce a visually appealing product.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Visual Identity Development
- Design and develop compelling visual branding solutions, including logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Creative Content Creation
- Conceptualize and design creatives for campaigns, including social media, websites, print materials, and advertisements.
- Produce innovative visuals that effectively communicate client messages and resonate with target audiences.
- Aesthetic Design Execution
- Take into consideration color schemes, typography, layout, and other design elements to produce visually appealing outputs for projects.
- Enhance the overall aesthetics of campaigns and branding initiatives to align with client goals and industry standards.
- Campaign Collaboration
- Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for client campaigns.
- Provide visual direction and input to elevate campaign performance.
- Client-Facing Presentations
- Present design concepts to clients with confidence, clearly explaining the thought process behind creative decisions.
- Collaborate with clients to refine and finalize designs based on feedback.
- Market and Trend Analysis
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and competitor strategies to create contemporary and effective branding solutions.
- Integrate modern design elements while maintaining the uniqueness of each brand.
- Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Coordinate with external production teams, developers, and vendors for final deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, or Creative Designer.
- Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding aesthetics.
- Ability to conceptualize and communicate design ideas visually and verbally.
- Knowledge of digital media formats, print production, and basic UI/UX design.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing branding projects, marketing creatives, and other relevant design work.
