As a Creative Graphic Designer at Ashtel Design Agency, you will be responsible for producing innovative and visually captivating designs for various digital and print media platforms. You will collaborate with the creative team, clients, and stakeholders to create compelling visual solutions that align with the brand objectives and effectively communicate the desired message. Your role will involve leading design projects, managing a team of designers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design assets within the given timelines.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Collaborate with the creative team, clients, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.

Develop creative concepts, visual designs, and layouts for a wide range of projects including websites, mobile apps, social media campaigns, marketing collateral, branding materials, and more.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring their growth and development within the team.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools, and implement them effectively in your work.

Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.

Maintain brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all projects.

Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, copywriting, and development to ensure the seamless integration of design and content.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Conduct regular design reviews and quality checks to ensure the delivery of high-quality design assets.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a graphic designer, preferably in a creative agency environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative and innovative design work.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Excellent visual and conceptual thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.

Ability to lead and manage a team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.

Knowledge of current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
