The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the billing processes efficiently, ensuring accurate invoice processing, and contributing to our comprehensive financial reporting efforts. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in billing software to ensure accurate and timely billing processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong experience with invoice processing to manage and track bills systematically (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in accounts receivable management to maintain and track incoming payments and outstanding invoices.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills for data entry and analysis to enhance billing process efficiency.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks for maintaining financial records accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and resolve billing inquiries professionally.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry to ensure error-free billing records and financial information.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all billing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate invoices are issued to clients.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary billing information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports to assist in budget planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate entry of billing data into appropriate systems and databases.
  • Maintain updated records of incoming payments and outstanding invoices to ensure proper accounts tracking.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of billing-related policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer billing queries, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of billing processes to support the company's financial objectives.
