Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify, and process contractors'/subcontractors' bills as per work executed.
  • Maintain records of measurements (MB – Measurement Book) and certify quantities.
  • Reconcile quantities between client bills, subcontractor bills, and purchase records.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, drawings, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with site engineers for work progress updates and measurement verification.
  • Assist in preparing RA (Running Account) bills, final bills, and variation claims.
  • Verify and certify extra items/variation works as per contract conditions.
  • Maintain cost control and support in preparing cash flow and project billing forecasts.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and finance departments for timely certification and payment.
  • Maintain proper documentation of billing records, work orders, and agreements.
