Responsibilities

  • Cost Planning & Budgeting: Develop detailed cost plans for different project stages, create budgets, and monitor financial performance against those budgets.
  • Cost Control & Analysis: Implement cost control measures, analyze expenditures, identify variances from the budget, and provide detailed financial reports for management.
  • Value Engineering: Conduct value engineering exercises and identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality or functionality.
  • Contractor Bill Verification: Review, verify, and process contractor bills, claims, and sub-contractor agreements based on tender specifications and site progress.
  • Market Analysis: Collect market quotations and assist in tender estimates to support accurate cost planning.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including cost/quantity incurred versus budget, and analysis of cost-saving measures.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company procedures, documentation standards, and relevant construction codes related to measurements and pricing.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with project managers, stakeholders, and clients to optimize project costs and provide financial guidance.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹95,000.00 per month
