As a Planning Engineer Billing professional, you will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, monitoring project progress, and managing billing processes. Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules
  • Monitor project progress and update timelines as necessary
  • Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Manage billing processes, including preparation and submission of invoices

  • Generate status reports and present updates to management
  • Identify and resolve any project-related issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role
  • Strong understanding of project management and scheduling principles
  • Experience with billing processes and financial tracking
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
