Job Overview

Select Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Billing Commercial Executive for a full-time Junior position in Hyderabad, Secunderabad. The ideal candidate will bring 1 to 2 years of work experience, with proficiency in invoicing, data entry, and GST compliance. This role will focus on managing orders and inventory, ensuring accurate documentation, and operating within credit control systems, utilizing Tally for effective results.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in invoicing and related financial transactions to ensure timely and accurate billing processes.
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy for maintaining business records and managing essential documentation.
  • Thorough understanding of GST compliance, ensuring all financial operations adhere to legal requirements.
  • Experience in order processing, ensuring efficient management and fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Knowledge in credit control to supervise and coordinate the granting of credit to customers efficiently.
  • Competency in inventory management to track and manage stock levels, ensuring products are available when needed.
  • Detail-oriented in documentation to accurately manage and organize all essential company and client information.
  • Familiarity with Tally software for managing financial and inventory transactions effectively and user-friendly.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage invoicing documents accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring consistency with company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of all data entries, ensuring reliable and easily accessible information storage.
  • Monitor GST compliance across all billing operations, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Process orders efficiently from receipt through fulfillment, addressing any issues that may arise promptly.
  • Implement strategies for effective credit control, balancing customer satisfaction with risk management.
  • Supervise inventory levels and assist in forecasting to ensure seamless availability of products.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation related to billing and inventory operations.
  • Utilize Tally/Focus software for effective financial management and reporting, using the system to improve overall operational efficiency.
