Working Hours: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST
Offered CTC: 5 – 7 LPA (Based on experience and skills)
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Influencer Management Specialist to lead our influencer marketing efforts across multiple platforms. In this role, you will focus on identifying, recruiting, and managing influencers to drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversion for our ecommerce products.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on experience in influencer sourcing and campaign management, with a proven ability to handle influencer relationships across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers aligned with brand values and campaign objectives
- Manage end-to-end influencer partnerships — from outreach and negotiation to content delivery and payment
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and evergreen content
- Work across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to maximize reach and engagement
- Collaborate with the content and paid media teams to repurpose and amplify influencer-generated content (IGC)
- Track and analyze performance metrics: reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
- Ensure all influencer content complies with brand guidelines and relevant advertising regulations (FTC, ASA)
- Build and nurture long-term influencer relationships, including ambassador programs
- Stay informed on trends, emerging platforms, and up-and-coming influencers
Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing or talent/influencer management
- Proven ability to recruit and manage influencers across multiple platforms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms like Upfluence, AspireIQ, or GRIN
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify influencers who align with brand tone and audience
- Data-driven, with experience in campaign performance analysis
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in ecommerce or DTC brands is preferred
