Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Ecommerce Manager located in Bengaluru. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform, managing sales, communication with customers. The role involves optimizing the online shopping experience, driving sales growth. Detailed breakup below:

  • Managing of the D2C and e-commerce seller platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Tatacliq and Tatacliq Luxury , Myntra, Ajio and Ajio Luxe and Nykaa.

  • Working on the returns and claims process, managing the SPFs and it's follow ups regarding payments.

  • Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment within the SLAs.

  • Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance.

  • This is to manage brand portfolio of Fossil, Armani Exchange, Michael Kors, Diesel, Emporio Armani, Skagen, Puma, Elle under the Watches & jewellery category.
