Key Responsibilities

Website Management & Development

Maintain, optimize, and update our ecommerce website (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar).

Implement new features, product pages, and promotional landing pages.

Ensure mobile-first, responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

User Experience & Conversion Optimization

Conduct A/B testing, heatmap analysis, and funnel optimization.

Improve checkout flow, reduce cart abandonment, and increase conversion rates.

Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG).

Digital Marketing & Growth

Collaborate with marketing teams to implement SEO/SEM strategies.

Integrate and manage email campaigns, social media, and influencer marketing programs.

Develop and track affiliate marketing initiatives.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

Monitor site performance and ecommerce KPIs (traffic, conversions, CLV, ROAS).

Set up and manage Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.

Provide actionable insights to leadership for business decisions.

Security & Compliance

Ensure payment gateway integrations are secure and PCI-compliant.

Monitor for fraud prevention, data protection, and GDPR/CCPA compliance.

Project & Business Collaboration

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, logistics).

Manage vendor relationships, timelines, and budgets.
