Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Bengaluru. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee all online sales and digital marketing activities. This includes managing product listings, optimizing the ecommerce platform for user experience, monitoring and analyzing web traffic and sales performance, developing marketing strategies to drive online sales, and coordinating with the customer service team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing ecommerce platforms and online sales
  • Skills in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing
  • Ability to analyze web traffic and sales metrics to drive decision-making
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Understanding of the refurbished electronics market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
