Job Title: Customer Support Executive US Travel Industry (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon (Cab facility for South Delhi, West Delhi & nearby areas)

Shift Timings: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM (US Shift)

Salary: 3–5 LPA (Negotiable for the right fit)

Job Description:

We are hiring female candidates with prior experience in the US Travel industry for the role of Customer Support Executive. This role focuses on post-sales support, handling calls to identify booking-related issues, and coordinating with sales agents for quick resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls regarding booking-related concerns.
  • Identify customer issues and coordinate with sales agents for resolution.
  • Provide excellent customer service in a voice-based process.
  • Ensure smooth post-sales support and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the US Travel industry (Voice process).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Post-sales customer support experience preferred.
  • Immediate joiners highly preferred.
