  • Online Store Management: Manage company's e-commerce websites, portals, and marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, Shopify, Myntra, eBay, etc.).
  • Product Listing: Create, upload, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and specifications to ensure SEO-friendly and attractive presentation.
  • Inventory & Order Management: Monitor stock levels, update product availability, manage order processing, shipment coordination, returns, and cancellations.
  • Pricing & Promotions: Plan, execute, and monitor discounts, offers, coupon codes, festival campaigns, and deal listings to increase conversion and profitability.
  • Digital Marketing: Execute online marketing campaigns, email marketing, affiliate marketing, social media marketing, and paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads).
  • SEO & SEM Optimization: Implement keyword research, meta tags, on-page and off-page SEO to improve product rankings and organic traffic.
  • Sales Analytics: Track KPIs, conversion rates, CTR, ROI, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to analyze performance.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer queries, reviews, ratings, feedback, and resolve complaints to improve satisfaction.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance, and marketing teams for timely dispatch, billing, and promotional support.
  • Marketplace Compliance: Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, listings standards, taxation (GST), and data accuracy.
  • Content Management: Work on creative content, banners, videos, and graphics for product pages and campaigns.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, campaigns, and product trends for strategic decision-making.
  • Website Management: Update product catalogs, categories, payment gateways, and user interface for better customer experience.
  • Performance Improvement: Analyze bounce rates, abandoned carts, customer journey, and implement improvement strategies.
