We're looking for a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. If you’re a digital-savvy professional with a strong understanding of e-commerce, social media, and online business listings, we want to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

- IndiaMART: Manage and update our product listings, optimize for search, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Instagram: Create engaging content, manage promotions, and grow our follower base.
- WhatsApp Business: Handle customer communications, address inquiries, and assist with order processing.
- WordPress (WooCommerce): Maintain our website, update products, and optimize the user experience.
- YouTube: Develop video content strategies, manage uploads, and grow our subscriber base.
- Facebook Marketplace: List products, engage with customers, and drive sales.
- Just Dial: Ensure our business listing is up-to-date and actively manage customer feedback.
- Google My Business: Maintain our profile, update details regularly, and respond to reviews.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in e-commerce management across the platforms listed.

2. Strong content creation skills, especially for social media and video.

3. Knowledge of SEO best practices.

4. Proficiency with WordPress (WooCommerce).

5. Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
