Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Sales Executive to join our team on-site at our Bengaluru location. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective clients, explaining MorganVij's immigration services, and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves managing client inquiries, converting leads, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the company's growth. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm during each interaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation skills, and client relationship management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and exhibit a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability within a dynamic working environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and knowledge of immigration services are a plus
- Relevant sales experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field are advantageous
