Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-com Manager (Shopify) located in Bengaluru. The E-com Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify store, overseeing product listings, managing inventory, and implementing sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include analyzing sales data, coordinating with the marketing team to improve online presence, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify, e-commerce management, and product listings
  • Skills in inventory management, sales strategy implementation, and sales data analysis
  • Coordination with marketing teams and enhancing online presence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the electronics retail industry is a plus
