This is an
ongoing contract role with no fixed end date
. There is
no bond or mandatory commitment period
—though the engagement is expected to be
long-term (minimum 2+ years)
. If you decide to explore other opportunities in the future, a
30-day notice period
will ensure a smooth and professional transition.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain generative AI workflows and intelligent agent systems using
    Python
  • Develop and deploy
    containerized microservices
    on cloud platforms such as
    AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Integrate with
    LLMs via APIs
    (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and apply
    prompt engineering best practices
  • Build and maintain agent orchestration tools using
    LangChain, ReAct, CrewAI
    , or similar frameworks
  • Manage data flow using
    vector databases
    (e.g., ChromaDB, Pinecone) and implement
    RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
    pipelines
  • Handle
    API proxying
    , session management, and secure authentication (e.g.,
    JWT
    )
  • Set up observability tools (e.g.,
    logging, tracing, monitoring
    ) for AI agents and services
  • Work cross-functionally with distributed teams and
    document architectural decisions
    clearly
  • Rapidly
    prototype and iterate
    using telemetry data, logs, and user feedback
  • Enforce
    security best practices
    in GenAI implementations, including input sanitization and access controls

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5+ years
    of Python development, including use of
    async programming
    and
    modular design patterns
  • Experience with containerization tools like
    Docker or Podman
    , and deploying to cloud platforms
  • Strong foundation in
    API design
    , including
    FastAPI
    , RESTful APIs, and
    WebSocket
    integrations
  • Hands-on experience with
    at least one LLM agent/orchestration framework
    such as LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAgents
  • Understanding of
    prompt/response logging
    ,
    token usage tracking
    , and
    LLM cost optimization
  • Familiarity with
    version control (Git)
    and
    CI/CD workflows
  • Excellent
    written communication skills
    and ability to collaborate in
    remote/distributed environments

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with
    OpenTelemetry
    ,
    LangSmith
    , or other
    LLM evaluation frameworks
  • Understanding of
    security and compliance
    in generative AI systems
  • Prior work integrating with
    enterprise systems or third-party APIs
  • Background in
