About the Role :

Fynd AI is hiring an 
AI Engineer
 for a 
funded, early-stage AI startup
 based in HSR Layout, Bangalore. The company is building 
agentic AI applications
 that empower enterprises and developers to work smarter and faster.

As an AI Engineer, you will join a lean, highly technical team that values speed, innovation, and ownership. You will work closely with founders and product leads to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems with direct business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems for real-world use cases.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate LLMs into production workflows.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate on intelligent systems that deliver measurable results.
  • Own technical modules end-to-end with autonomy and accountability.

Must-Have Skills :

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/LLM development (industry or startup).
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
  • Strong understanding of multi-agent orchestration, tool-use, and function-calling in LLM systems.
  • Solid grasp of ML fundamentals and practical model implementation.
  • B.Tech/M.Tech from a top-tier institution (IIT, IIIT, BITS, IISc, or equivalent).
  • Startup mindset: adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.

Nice to Have :

  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) or retrieval workflows.
  • Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Experience in microservice design or API integration.
  • Prior involvement in early-stage product development or 0→1 builds.
