About the Role

Fynd AI is hiring on behalf of an early-stage, product-led startup in Bengaluru.

We're seeking an AI Product Manager who can bridge the gap between business goals, user experience, and advanced AI technology.

As an AI PM, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of products powered by large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—AI engineers, designers, and business stakeholders—to build scalable, intelligent products that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the AI product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and research teams to translate AI capabilities (e.g., LLMs, agentic workflows, embeddings, retrieval models) into user-centric products.
  • Design and validate use cases for AI Agentic Frameworks—such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen—to enhance automation and decision-making.
  • Evaluate and select AI/ML models, datasets, and APIs based on performance, scalability, and ethical considerations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify market opportunities for AI-driven products.
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and continuous iteration based on data insights.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, fairness, and transparency standards in AI deployments.
  • Collaborate with GTM (Go-To-Market) and marketing teams to position AI features effectively.
  • Qualifications2–5 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, or data-driven platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, including machine learning, NLP, or LLM applications.
  • Prior hands-on experience working with AI agents, prompt engineering, or integrating LLM APIs is a plus.
  • Ability to define clear KPIs for AI performance, usability, and ROI.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with tools like LangChain, OpenAI API, Pinecone, or Weaviate, and comfort with agile methodologies.
