We are a fast-moving team working on cutting-edge AI workflows, model training, automation pipelines, and real-world AI deployments.

Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Intern who will work directly on training, fine-tuning, and evaluating our custom LLMs. This role is suited for candidates who have hands-on experience in AI/ML, LLM pipelines, dataset creation, or prompt engineering.

The internship provides real-world exposure to applied AI, dataset engineering, evaluation techniques, and production-level model development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in training and fine-tuning custom LLMs
  • Prepare, clean, and structure datasets for model training
  • Work on prompt engineering and evaluation workflows
  • Use Python-based ML stacks such as PyTorch or Hugging Face
  • Develop evaluation benchmarks for reasoning, generation, and accuracy
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to improve model performance
  • Conduct research on model optimization and training strategies
  • Support in building AI-driven features and tools

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Machine Learning or Deep Learning fundamentals
  • Familiarity with LLMs, transformers, embeddings, and fine-tuning concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.)
  • Ability to create, clean, and structure datasets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with the AI team
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with LLM fine-tuning or dataset development
  • Knowledge of NLP techniques and evaluation metrics
  • Experience with GPU-based training environments
  • Familiarity with vector databases, RAG architectures, or LangChain
  • Prior internship or personal projects involving AI or LLMs
