We focus on developing custom Large Language Models (LLMs), AI assistants, and AI-powered features to enhance productivity and intelligence across various applications.We are a fast-moving team working on cutting-edge AI workflows, model training, automation pipelines, and real-world AI deployments.Role OverviewWe are hiring an AI Intern who will work directly on training, fine-tuning, and evaluating our custom LLMs. This role is suited for candidates who have hands-on experience in AI/ML, LLM pipelines, dataset creation, or prompt engineering.The internship provides real-world exposure to applied AI, dataset engineering, evaluation techniques, and production-level model development.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in training and fine-tuning custom LLMsPrepare, clean, and structure datasets for model trainingWork on prompt engineering and evaluation workflowsUse Python-based ML stacks such as PyTorch or Hugging FaceDevelop evaluation benchmarks for reasoning, generation, and accuracyCollaborate with the engineering team to improve model performanceConduct research on model optimization and training strategiesSupport in building AI-driven features and toolsRequirementsStrong understanding of Machine Learning or Deep Learning fundamentalsFamiliarity with LLMs, transformers, embeddings, and fine-tuning conceptsHands-on experience with Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.)Ability to create, clean, and structure datasetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work onsite and collaborate with the AI teamGood communication and documentation skillsPursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related fieldPreferred QualificationsPrior experience with LLM fine-tuning or dataset developmentKnowledge of NLP techniques and evaluation metricsExperience with GPU-based training environmentsFamiliarity with vector databases, RAG architectures, or LangChainPrior internship or personal projects involving AI or LLMs
