Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Human Resources Intern will assist with daily HR activities, including handling employee benefits, managing HR policies, and supporting personnel management. Duties also include helping with HR management tasks and participating in recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end 
    recruitment processes
     – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Support in 
    drafting JDs
    , posting on job portals, and managing applicant tracking.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
  • Coordinate 
    onboarding activities
     and documentation for new hires.
  • Assist in 
    employee engagement activities
     and internal communication initiatives.
  • Support HR team in policy updates, compliance documentation, and internal reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for employer branding initiatives on social platforms.

  • Learn and contribute to projects involving 
    AI-based recruitment tools
     and automation workflows.

  • Qualifications

  • Personnel Management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in 
    HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for learning about people, talent, and technology in HR.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to work.
  • (Bonus) Interest or basic understanding of AI tools or HRTech platforms.
