Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management tasks, creating and updating HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. This is an on-site role located in Kolkata, and the intern will work closely with the HR team to gain valuable experience in various HR functions.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Ability to create and update HR Policies
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
