What you'll do

  • Build and scale our AI evaluation engine.
  • Use OpenAI / Claude / LLaMA + RAG + embeddings to
  • Work on core APIs, background jobs, async pipelines, and performance tuning.
  • Deploy models to production with real users — 1000s of developers a week.
  • Collaborate directly with founders, move fast, and iterate weekly.

You'll do great if you:

  • Have 5+ years experience in backend development in Python
  • Have shipped something with OpenAI, LangChain, or other LLM tools.
  • Are curious about RAG, prompt design, vector DBs, and AI grading at scale.
  • Care about writing clean code, automating workflows, and building robust systems.
  • Want to go deep in both backend and AI — and learn fast.

Bonus if you:

  • Have experience with background jobs, Redis, Postgres, and async pipelines.
  • Know how to evaluate and tune LLM outputs.
  • Have built side projects that combine code + AI in creative ways.
