Role

We are seeking a
Director of Engineering
to build and lead one of our engineering teams. This team is responsible for
evolving a product line
that serves high-growth B2C, D2C companies, and large enterprises.

We are looking for an experienced leader who has scaled enterprise products, solved complex challenges in SaaS environments, and can
drive AI adoption and innovation
as part of product evolution.

The Director of Engineering will lead the evolution of a product line that addresses challenges such as:

How can we help agents resolve customer problems faster?

How do we deliver a seamless omni-channel experience for agents?

How do we build a solution that is fully configurable, yet performant (

How do we create a continuous delivery platform to ship features weekly across multiple regions?

How do we scale the system to support millions of users while controlling cloud costs?

How do we embed agentic AI into the product line—AI agents that reason, act, and learn—to augment customer and agent experiences?

A Day in the Life of an Engineering Director

  • Build and manage multiple high-performing engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to define release roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Provide technical leadership to deliver software that is maintainable, observable, and performant.
  • Continuously improve infrastructure and processes to increase team productivity.
  • Drive AI adoption across engineering functions (developers, QA, DevOps) by integrating AI-assisted coding, testing, automation, and monitoring into workflows.
  • Build an engineering culture of quality (TDD, BDD, Code Quality, Automation, Continuous Delivery).
  • Partner with AI/ML teams to deliver product-level innovation—contextual recommendations, autonomous workflows, and intelligent service agents.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in building and shipping enterprise SaaS products.
  • Strong technical background, preferably in building systems that operate at scale.
  • Proven success in leading large engineering teams with strong delivery predictability.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and translating business goals into actionable engineering roadmaps.
  • Track record of owning product delivery commitments and improving productivity.
  • Experience driving AI adoption across engineering teams and guiding the integration of agentic AI into enterprise-grade systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and coach teams.
