About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Consultant/Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and AI-driven solutions. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical depth and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can bring AI concepts into practical applications while working closely with other engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and backend engineers to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions.
  • Contribute to solution design discussions, share knowledge, and ensure smooth integration of AI capabilities into existing systems.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, design reviews, and team brainstorming sessions.
  • Mentor junior team members and encourage a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed within the team.

Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, APIs, and integration with enterprise applications.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with distributed systems.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with remote teams.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a focus on problem-solving and shared success.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
