Role Overview:

Join Aditya Birla Health Insurance's HDFC Bank Telechannel sales team, where your primary responsibility will be to convert bank-provided leads into successful Life and Health Insurance sales. You'll be working closely with HDFC Bank customers over phone calls, offering personalized solutions to meet their financial protection needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle bank-generated leads and convert them into sales for Life and Health Insurance products.
  • Identify customer requirements and suggest the most suitable insurance solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Build strong relationships with HDFC Bank customers to drive retention and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with HDFC Bank branch staff and internal teams to achieve overall sales objectives.
  • Maintain high compliance standards in line with IRDAI and company guidelines.
  • Provide regular performance updates and maintain accurate sales records.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in Bancassurance, Insurance, or Banking preferred.
  • Strong telecalling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven with a customer-first approach.
  • Familiarity with banking processes and financial products will be an added advantage.
