Role Overview

As an SEO Specialist at Dresma, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that boost organic visibility, drive high-intent traffic, and support user acquisition for our product offerings. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to build an SEO-optimized ecosystem that supports our product-led growth (PLG) initiatives.

We're seeking someone who understands the nuances of SaaS/tech SEO, can navigate technical SEO challenges, and has a proven track record of delivering measurable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy across Dresma's products and marketing site.
  • Conduct keyword research focused on product features, use cases, buyer personas, and competitive landscapes.
  • Optimize landing pages, product pages, blog content, and documentation for search performance.

2. Technical SEO

  • Conduct technical SEO audits and work with engineering to resolve issues related to indexing, site speed, sitemaps, schema, core web vitals, and crawlability.
  • Implement structured data, internal linking frameworks, and SEO-friendly UI/UX improvements.

3. Content & On-Page Optimization

  • Build SEO content frameworks and collaborate with writers to develop high-quality, intent-driven content.
  • Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headers, schema, and content architecture.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product and Tech teams to align SEO initiatives with product roadmap and feature releases.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and PMs to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new pages, product updates, and releases.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Looker Studio.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve rankings and conversions.
  • Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor performance.

6. Link Building & Authority Growth

  • Develop ethical link-building strategies including outreach, partnerships, and PR opportunities.
  • Build authority in niche areas relevant to Dresma's tech and AI landscape.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of SEO experience in a Product/SaaS/Tech company.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and crawling/indexing mechanics.
  • Proven experience improving organic traffic and search rankings for B2B or B2C software products.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
  • Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data dashboards or BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Experience collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.
