Talent Worx is searching for an enthusiastic SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine optimization, digital marketing, and a passion for driving organic traffic to our clients' websites. You will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies that improve visibility, increase traffic, and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and content opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and images for on-page SEO.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO auditing software.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
  • Prepare and present SEO performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • SEO certification or related credentials is preferred but not mandatory.
