Role Overview:

We are seeking a
detail-oriented and analytical IT Data Analyst
with proven experience in
data management, analytics, and healthcare data governance
. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations while driving insights that support clinical and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Governance

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of healthcare data across multiple systems.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare data standards, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Cleanse, transform, and validate data to support analytical and operational initiatives.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Translate complex business questions into clear analytical requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams — including data engineers, clinicians, and business stakeholders — to deliver actionable insights.
  • Present findings through effective data storytelling and visualization.

Healthcare-Focused Analytics

  • Support regulatory and compliance reporting, value-based care programs, and quality metrics.
  • Analyze clinical performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Work with healthcare interoperability standards such as
    FHIR
    and
    HL7
    .
  • Contribute to projects involving
    HEDIS measures
    , clinical interventions, and healthcare regulatory frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years
    of experience in data analytics, preferably within the
    healthcare or life sciences
    domain.
  • Strong proficiency in
    SQL
    ,
    Excel
    , and at least one scripting/statistical language (
    Python preferred
    ).
  • Solid understanding of
    relational databases
    ,
    data modeling
    , and
    data warehouse
    concepts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and
    data storytelling
    skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Statistics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science
    , or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with
    FHIR
    ,
    HL7
    , and healthcare data exchange standards.
  • Experience with
    HEDIS
    , clinical quality measures, and healthcare regulatory reporting.
  • Exposure to
    data visualization tools
    such as
    Power BI
    or
    Tableau

  • Understanding of
