**Role Description

Priority Relationship Manager – Banca Assurance (Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance | HDFC Bank Branch)**

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused
Priority Relationship Manager
to manage and grow the Life Insurance business through the HDFC Bank branch channel under the Banca Assurance model.

Rohtak

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HDFC Bank branch staff and customers to drive Life Insurance business.
  • Achieve business growth and sales targets by offering tailored life insurance solutions to priority customers.
  • Ensure seamless
    customer service
    , from need analysis to timely policy issuance and servicing.
  • Drive
    client retention
    through regular engagement, after-sales service, and renewal follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with bank staff to generate leads, ensure effective conversions, and support branch-level business objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and company guidelines while ensuring superior customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Good in client management, customer service, and financial advisory
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products and financial planning
  • Proficiency in organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry
