We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   Facilities Executive Corporate Solutions What this job involves:Prioritizing the facilities' needsMust have in-depth knowledge of Electrical Engineering and its application in Data Centre Operations and Maintenance.Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Transformers, DG Sets, UPS, SMPS, Battery Banks & Air Conditioning SystemAssist and guide subordinates in their routine maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and adherence to operational procedures.Ensure team members follow safety protocols and work efficiently within set guidelines.Ensure compliance with safety standards and adhering to the work permit system for high-risk activities.Possess a basic understanding of legal and regulatory compliance requirements like PCB Norms, CEIG, PESO, Fire NOC & HWAOversee vendor management related to project execution, including the installation and commissioning of new equipment.Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals.Possess interpersonal and influencing skills to effectively manage stakeholders, address concerns, and ensure cooperation across teams.Possessing the knowledge in MS office.Going above and beyond expectationsClient satisfaction is second nature to the person in charge. In this role, you'll take on difficult issues and seek out opportunities to improve operations. You'll also be constantly in tune with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.In addition, you'll carry out routine service audits to ensure that the team maintains its overall performance.
