About the Role We are looking for an experienced Team Leader Finance Domain to lead and manage a team of 15 20 members in our Noida office You will be responsible for day to day planning operations management performance tracking and delivering superior service levels in a 24x7 environment Key Responsibilities Manage daily planning operations and problem solving for a team of 15 20 resources Drive team to deliver consistently superior quality with a strong client customer focus Take ownership of service level components quality targets and overall team performance Handle transitioning of new procedures independently Track analyze and improve individual team member performance through effective coaching and feedback Compile and maintain all internal and external reports Act as the communication bridge between team and management Implement HR and operational policies on the floor Ensure team adherence to schedules manage floor operations and resolve issues Make recommendations for process improvement based on analysis customer feedback and team input Oversee production and delivery of servicesRequirements Graduation in any discipline mandatory Minimum 2 years of documented experience as a Team Leader in F A Finance and Accounting Operations Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts and rotational offs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in MS Excel and presentation skills
