Business Development Intern (Hybrid) – Houseclay
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Work-from-Home)
Duration: 3 months and may continue more according to performance
Salary : 6 k + commission or may vary according to skills
About Us:
Houseclay is a growing real estate startup focused on simplifying the rental and property management experience for tenants and owners.
Role Summary:
We're looking for a proactive Business Development Intern to support lead generation, client onboarding, and property listings. You'll work closely with the core team and gain hands-on experience in sales and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients
Assist in property onboarding and database management
Support marketing and sales initiatives
Attend client meetings and property visits when needed
Required Skills:
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
Self-motivated and organized
Interest in sales, startups, or real estate is a plus
