Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to help expand our business and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide solutions aligned with our products/services.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to implement growth strategies.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and targets.
  • Attend client meetings, events, and conferences as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus.
