Junior Sales Executive- SaaS

Leapon helps businesses in North America turn networking leads into customers by seamlessly integrating them into their sales pipeline. As we expand, we're looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive ready to take the next step in their SaaS sales career in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Qualify leads and schedule product demos that are primed for conversion
- Run online demos: uncover real business needs, present tailored solutions, and confidently close deals
- Handle objections smoothly to keep momentum and guide prospects toward decisions
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Follow up consistently via phone, email, and CRM to maximize conversions
- Maintain detailed CRM records to track performance and improve outcomes
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in software or SaaS sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Consultative selling mindset with emotional intelligence
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes
Nice to Have
- Experience with cold outreach
- Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
Schedule
- Full-time: 8:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (8 hours/day)
- Daily Sales Sync: 6:00 PM IST (30 minutes)
Compensation
- 3 LPA (Base Salary) + Performance Bonus
