Role Overview

We are seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive
to join our Jaipur team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving B2B and B2C software sales through consultative selling, client engagement, and solution-driven presentations. You will identify business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong, long-term client relationships to help accelerate Uplatz's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct
    product demos, client meetings, and sales presentations
    to showcase Uplatz's software and platform offerings.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and align product value propositions accordingly.
  • Manage the complete
    sales funnel
    from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly
    sales targets
    .
  • Maintain accurate sales records and regularly report progress to the management team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in
    Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or Technology Solutions Sales
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    consultative and solution-based selling
    techniques.
  • Demonstrated success in generating and converting leads into long-term clients.
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and presentation
    skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, or a related field
    .
  • Familiarity with the
    IT or technology industry
    is an added advantage.
