Job Description:

We are seeking energetic Field Sales Executives to onboard companies, startups, and individual professionals onto the YouAsk platform.
This role involves identifying potential clients, conducting demos, and driving adoption of YouAsk across the Jaipur region.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients — companies, startups, coaches, and professionals.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations (in-person or virtual).
  • Onboard businesses and individuals to the YouAsk platform under suitable plans.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Gather user feedback and relay insights to improve the platform.
  • Meet and exceed monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
  • Maintain records of leads, meetings, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Interest or experience in B2B or SaaS sales (tech or consulting background preferred).
  • Comfortable with hybrid work and client visits within Jaipur as needed.
  • Self-driven, persuasive, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to clearly explain digital tools to both business and individual clients.

  • Fixed annual package as per role (₹1.4L – ₹3L) plus incentives.
