  • Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, managing a large volume of sales and ensuring strong team performance.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and cultivate new business channels.
  • Project Sales: Develop and present pricing options for fire protection system installation, service, and inspection agreements.
  • Technical & Financial Acumen: Understand technical aspects of fire alarm, sprinkler, and other safety systems, and perform financial analysis for clients.
  • Process & Budget Management: Manage sales processes, budgets, and ensure successful selling at various customer levels.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present regular sales and project status reports to stakeholders and coordinate effectively with internal departments.
  • Market Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of local markets, competitors, and channels to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronic) or a related field, or a Business degree.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the fire safety or fire protection industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
