Position: CRM Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to manage both our CRM systems. This role is essential to ensure smooth coordination between departments and an exceptional experience for every student.
CRM Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms.
- Monitor and manage lead allocation, follow-ups, and team tracking.
- Ensure timely updates and maintenance of student records and inquiry logs.
- Generate and analyze CRM performance reports to improve engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing and counseling teams to align campaign execution with CRM tracking. Conduct periodic training and process alignment sessions with team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in CRM and/or operational roles (preferably in education).
- Strong command of CRM platforms and data management tools.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Team leadership experience and a process-oriented mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
