Role & responsibilities

1. Solution Finalization & Customer Engagement

  • Work closely with customers to understand requirements and finalize technical solutions.
  • Identify gaps in BoQs, specifications, and drawings and reporting them to the concerned authorities.
  • Conduct technical presentations and attend client/consultant meetings to address solution-related queries.

2. Vendor & OEM Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and finalize OEMs and execution agencies best suited for the project requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and support terms with vendors to achieve optimal cost-benefit outcomes.
  • Ensure selected partners meet technical, commercial, and compliance requirements.

3. Technical Documentation & Compliance

  • Review and approve Technical Document Submissions (TDS), drawings, datasheets, and other submittals.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client guidelines.
  • Coordinate with consultants and clients for approval of technical submissions.

4. Project Monitoring & Execution Control

  • Develop project schedules, track milestones, and monitor on-site execution activities.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards.
  • Identify project risks, delays, or cost overruns and implement corrective actions.

5. Commercials & Billing

  • Prepare and submit project billing documents, including running bills, final invoices, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure billing is aligned with project milestones and contractual terms.
  • Follow up for timely approval and payment release.

6. Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Conduct regular progress review meetings with customers, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Maintain clear documentation of discussions, approvals, and action points.
  • Act as the escalation point for technical and project-related issues.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of ELV/ICT systems such as CCTV, Data Networking, Audio-Video, PA systems, and related technologies.
  • Negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and documents.
  • Handle client interactions and technical discussions.
  • Good understanding of billing and contractual documentation.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Oversee end-to-end execution of projects involving ELV, ICT, and allied systems. The role requires technical understanding, vendor negotiation, documentation, project monitoring, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will act as the primary interface between customers, consultants, OEMs, and execution partners, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects while maintaining quality and compliance.

Proficiency in working with productivity tools like MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint etc. Good Communication skills, Documentation, Good Technical Knowledge of ELV System.
