Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, networking, and market research.
- Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate company products or services, explaining their benefits and how they meet customer needs.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment options to close deals that align with both customer requirements and company goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales process from lead qualification to closing, updating customer information in CRM systems and tracking progress.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitors, and understand market trends.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities, including leads generated, sales made, and key performance indicators.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to develop integrated strategies and support the customer journey.
