Key Responsibilities:

Order & Operations Management

  • Process and fulfill customer orders across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, etc.).
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
  • Track returns, exchanges, and refunds; ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain updated stock levels and sync inventory across all platforms.
  • Regularly monitor product performance, pricing, and competitor listings.

E-Commerce Marketing & Sales Growth

  • Manage product listings, including SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Execute platform-specific promotions, discounts, and campaigns to boost visibility and conversion.
  • Plan and optimize ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Google Merchant Center, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create banners, product creatives, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Track sales metrics and generate reports on performance, ROI, and trends.

Customer & Brand Experience

  • Ensure accurate and engaging brand representation across platforms.
  • Respond to customer queries and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Identify new marketplace opportunities and assist with onboarding new platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce operations or marketplace management.
  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa Fashion, etc.) and D2C websites (Shopify/WooCommerce).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and analytics dashboards.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising and platform marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience running PPC or sponsored ads on marketplaces.
  • Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for product listings.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual merchandising.
  • Understanding of logistics, dispatch, and warehouse coordination.
