About the Role

Apollo 24|7 Insurance Services Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced and data-driven Senior Growth Manager to lead customer acquisition, retention, CRM strategy, and overall digital P&L ownership.

This role is ideal for a leader with a proven track record in scaling internet-first, data-rich businesses using Martech, Performance Marketing, Lifecycle Management, and Experimentation frameworks. Candidates with a background in Health or General Insurance will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & P&L Ownership

Own the end-to-end Growth Charter & P&L for the digital insurance business.

Build and execute growth strategies to scale customer acquisition, activation, cross-sell, retention, and revenue.

Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through data-driven decisioning and experimentation.

Customer Acquisition & Performance Marketing

Lead and optimise paid acquisition channels (Google, Meta, Programmatic, Affiliates, OEM integrations, ASO).

Design ROI-focused funnels, improve CAC efficiency, and scale high-intent digital traffic.

Build full-funnel attribution and experimentation frameworks.

Retention, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

Own CRM strategy across push, SMS, email, WhatsApp, in-app, and call-centre led interventions.

Develop lifecycle journeys for onboarding, engagement, renewal, cross-sell and win-back cohorts.

Build deep user segmentation using behavioural, transactional & affinity attributes.

MarTech, Data & Automation

Champion Martech stack adoption across CDP, journey builders, analytics platforms, user segmentation, and automation tools.

Work with Product, Tech and Data teams to enable event tracking, funnel insights, churn prediction, scoring models, and personalization capability.

Leverage experimentation (A/B, MVT) to improve key customer metrics.

Business Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with Product, Sales, Ops, Marketing, Finance, and Design to drive integrated growth initiatives.

Develop business cases, forecast outcomes, and deliver measurable results.

Influence product development for insurance journeys (quote compare purchase renewals).

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Growth, CRM, Performance Marketing, or Lifecycle Management in a consumer internet, fintech, health-tech, or e-commerce environment.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling digital business lines with strong control over P&L and growth metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with Martech/CRM tools (MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, Insider, Braze, HubSpot, CDPs).
  • Deep understanding of digital funnels, unit economics, attribution, experimentation, user segmentation, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Preferred: Work experience in Health Insurance, General Insurance, BFSI or regulated digital products.
