Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Seeburger Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-7+ years of experience working with Seeburger BIS (Version 6.7 and above) and expertise in integration solutions, change management, incident handling, and business process optimization. This role requires strong technical skills, customer engagement, and the ability to develop and implement Seeburger-based integration solutions that enhance business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Seeburger Change Management, Planning (Demand & Capacity), and Incident Management.
  • Work extensively with BIS MD, BIC MD, MFT solutions, Message Tracker, BIS FrontEnd, and System Monitoring.
  • Perform Mapping and Translation for seamless data exchange.
  • Ensure smooth integration using protocols like AS2, SFTP, HTTP/s, REST API, Web Services.
  • Utilize RDBMS/SQL for database interactions.
  • Handle various document formats including XML, JSON, and IDoc.
  • Engage with business customers to manage expectations and deliver solutions.
  • Develop and execute a Solution Deployment Roadmap.
  • Drive business process re-engineering and process improvement initiatives.
  • Define and document business requirements and design specifications.
  • Translate business requirements into cost-effective and efficient design options.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural principles, security, and industry standards.
  • Work within SDLC and Agile DevOps frameworks for seamless delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Qualifications & SkillsMust-Have:

  • 4-7+ years of hands-on experience with Seeburger BIS (6.7 and above).
  • Strong expertise in Seeburger MFT, BIS FrontEnd, System Monitoring, and Message Tracking.
  • Solid knowledge of integration protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTP/s, REST API, Web Services).
  • Experience with database technologies (RDBMS, SQL).
  • Strong understanding of XML, JSON, IDoc formats.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and expectations effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in business process optimization and re-engineering.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in B2B/EDI integrations using Seeburger.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based integration solutions.
