Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Promote company products/services and explain features & benefits to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Meet monthly sales targets and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Handle customer queries and provide solutions effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan sales strategies.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Graduate (Bachelor's Degree).
Experience: 1–2 years of sales/marketing experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Skills:
Good communication & negotiation skills (Hindi/English).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
