Job Title: Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist
Department: Mental Health & Therapeutic Services
Location: HapinusCare, KOTTAYAM
Reports To: Head of Psychologists / Clinical Director / Branch Manager
Role Summary:
The Psychologist at HapinusCare is responsible for providing evidence-based therapeutic services, client assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and professional support to individuals, couples, children, and families. The role demands ethical practice, client confidentiality, and a compassionate approach aligned with HapinusCare's standards of care.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Assessment & Diagnosis
- Conduct initial psychological assessments and intake interviews.
- Identify presenting concerns and prepare case history documentation.
- Administer psychometric tests and interpret results where required.
Therapeutic Interventions
- Provide evidence-based counselling (CBT, DBT, REBT, Behaviour Therapy, etc.).
- Develop individualized treatment plans and conduct follow-up sessions.
- Offer therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, child behaviour concerns, etc.
- Facilitate family and couple counselling sessions (if trained).
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate case notes in ERP / client files.
- Prepare session summary, progress reports, and therapy plans.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and confidentiality standards.
Collaboration & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with reception, client care, and clinical admin teams for smooth session flow.
- Participate in clinical meetings, supervision sessions, and training workshops.
- Provide guidance to interns when necessary.
Professional Ethics & Growth
- Maintain ethical boundaries and follow HapinusCare counselling SOPs.
- Stay updated with latest therapy techniques and attend internal training sessions.
Qualification & Experience
- Required Education: Master's in Psychology (Clinical/Counselling/Applied Psychology)
- Preferred: RCI Licensed / pursuing RCI registration / registered under rehabilitation council (for clinical posts)
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong practicum exposure may apply)
- Skills: Client communication, therapy planning, empathy, professional ethics, documentation skills
- Languages: Malayalam or English fluency is mandatory (Hindi preferred for online clients)
