Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate physical sensory cognitive and emotional abilities Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and therapy goals Provide therapy sessions focused on improving fine motor skills sensory integration daily living skills and functional independence Guide and educate clients and caregivers on home-based therapy activities and adaptive techniques Use therapeutic equipment assistive devices and adaptive strategies to improve client outcomes Document evaluation findings therapy progress and outcome reports accurately and timely Collaborate with speech therapists physiotherapists psychologists special educators and other team members Participate in case discussions parent counseling sessions and review meetings Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed Ensure a safe supportive and motivating therapeutic environment Conduct group therapy sessions and workshops when required Stay updated with recent developments and evidence-based practices in occupational therapy Qualifications Skills Required Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution Valid professional registration license as per local regulatory requirements Strong understanding of pediatric adult therapy approaches depending on setting Excellent communication observation and documentation skills Ability to work compassionately with clients and their families Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude Knowledge of sensory integration ADL training play therapy and behavior management will be an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Work Location In person
